A. Nine Months.

Q. Can these Goa sausages be left outside in ambient conditions?

A. It is best to store them in the fridge or freezer.

Q. What do I do if I eat half the packet, how do I store the rest?

A. Store the remainder of the packet in the freezer.

Q. What meat do you use?

A. We make our Goa Sausages with Australian Pork.

Q. What is the casing made of?

A. We use natural hog casing.

Q. Is it gluten free?

A. Yes. Our Goa Sausages are Gluten Free.

Q. Can we send Goa Sausage packets overseas?

A. A lot of our customers have taken packets of our Dorellis Goa Sausages for family and friends to the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, as long as you declare it at the countries custom/Quarantine at the airport.

Q. Can we take the products overseas from the stores which stock product in the freezer/fridge?

A. It is best you contact me directly for fresh stock which is at ambient temperature.

Q. Can I buy Goa Sausages directly from your place of manufacture?

A. We do not sell directly from our facility to the public.
